We check your plan before you book and show an estimate. Your receipt shows what your plan paid and what you paid.

Are therapists employed by you?

No. Therapists are independent licensed professionals who make their own clinical decisions.

Is this for emergencies?

No. If this is an emergency, call 911. You can call or text 988 at any time.

How do I cancel a session?

Open My care and choose Cancel next to the session.

When do providers get paid?

Every two weeks, for sessions with a signed note.
